I'm sorry you experienced this. I can feel your disappointment through the screen. They have nerve treating their customers this way given the prices they charge. All of these luxury houses are really trying their luck with these subpar items and joke of customer service.

Or you could’ve gone to Costco and gotten the same piece of jewelry for $80, but every girl Hass to have that damn blue box. You got what you had coming to you

They should have put plastic covering over the heart charm to keep it from getting scratched. Every piece I’ve ordered from them came that way. I believe they sent you back the same necklace you returned. I love Tiffany jewelry but it scratches easily. That sucks you went through that especially after all the $ you spent.

I recently had a similar experience from Tiffany’s. I purchased the return to Tiffany heart charm and it arrived stained with tarnish on the back and a noticeable scratch. It honestly looked used. And this is supposed to be a luxury house?

I’m so sorry that this happened to you. To know you spent $600+ on a necklace and the customer service was trash is unacceptable. If I was you would reach out the corporate office to let them know what took place.

The same thing happened to me. The initial purchase was in perfect condition, but when I sent it back for the engraving, I received a heart tag that was worse looking than yours. I called and complained and received a "new" one and it came back with just a few less scratches like yours. The quality of Tiffany has sunk really low just like Louis Vuitton and others. This is why I stop making videos because I just wasn't going to continue spending money on junk.

It was junk to begin with because they are prostituting their name out. It used to be only the wealthy could afford Tiffani, kind of like a Ferrari. They only make 7500 Ferraris a year that’s what keeps the price and the demand up. Tiffany’s sold out And started selling this sterling silver wrap that is 10 times overpriced, but Golddigger women will do anything for that damn blue box

That is so unfortunate, I am so sorry this happened to you. This type of situation where you get defective pieces from an expensive jeweler, makes me apprehensive about ordering from them. Especially since they are very expensive for the brand. And the customer service sounds like a nightmare.

Can't understand why the necklace is not put in a box and the heart protected. It's bound to get scratched dumped in a dust bag. For over 650 dollars?! It is still a beauty but ......come on Tiffany get your act together!

I do not think all of that damage came from shipping and handling. I really think it was damaged when it left the ware house. Look closely at the pictures. I have never seen soo many scratches before in my life!

I would be so pissed off!!! I've gotten better looking pieces for like $20 off Etsy. If you want to have a luxury name like Tiffany then you need to provide a luxury product, this is absolutely unacceptable and I'm so sorry that you had to deal with that!

Honestly they need to do better at packaging too. They make enough money from us to invest in better packaging instead of just placing the items in a dust bag. That adds scratches to the item as well.

I purchased that necklace as a birthday gift to myself. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I understand mistakes happen. However, the most unsettling part for me was their lack of concern and care for the situation. And they blatantly lied.

@@pinkcarterinc. It is a big purchase. And the thing is, maybe you did just get a bad sales rep, but that is absolutely no excuse for all of this. If I do end up getting this, I will probably go to an actual store, but the thing is, that might not entirely be an option due to Covid and the nearest store being over a 100 miles away.

I personally wouldn’t chance ordering any large purchases from them. Maybe try Cartier ? I heard their pieces are exceptional regardless of purchase method. However they are more expensive depending on the desired piece.

That’s a great idea. I will try to find higher level personnel contact information. All I was able to find earlier was the customer service email. And as you saw the rectification was TRASH 🗑
