Her technique with the Vicks and seran wrap does work. it's the same concept as a body wrap. I did this the night before my wedding and I temporarily lost 2 inches and fit in my wedding dress perfectly! It's not very comfortable and you'll sweat A LOT but it's pretty awesome!
