Clearly, this is happening because of the negligence of the officers. An investigation must be conducted. Officers responsible for this must be fired. Tigers are our national animals and our nation's pride. Its a shame that our state is failing to protect them. Neighboring state Karnataka is protecting wildlife so much better that the wildlife is thriving there.

DMK govt constantly focused on declaring flashy populist schemes instead of focusing on the big picture.......

Investigating teams appears to be tied...but by whom. Some degree of protection is being given behind the curtain. High time a properly constituted team with peopleb with honesty as their credentials and uprightness must be chosen and given a free hand. And not allow "certain external factors" to be prevented from joining the team and be a time bound investigation be done. Preferably by a serving IFS office of very high calibre from some other district or state.Also the sandal wood chopping must be kept in mind ...is another Veerappan II being created. Above all, search ops must be done under sworn secrecy. Then this can be solved. Also association of political or influential big wigs must be investigated. After funding the truth, punishment must be severed 15 years of solitary confinement in a far away jail. Got to get to the bottom of this
