Fun fact: You can cheese the radar on this line by using Jerzy Swirski's Fox Flair skill by popping radar and waiting for it to almost end then pop smoke to reset radar duration to match the smoke duration action time: Use Radar -> Wait for it to almost end -> Pop Smoke -> Radar matches smoke action time. In that order. Give yourself a 30s radar.

the split will be a ship that we see a lot :D when you spoke about the commander. the special thing about those radar dd's is the swirski trait to have extended time on the radar. switchting for a cruiser commander would force you to not use the special trait added for those dd's. and the fire chance is really weird. aaron had a replay from the split, also with swirski as a commander, and that player got fires every few salvos. its was a flamethower :D maybe this player had simply bad rng and the player on aaron's vid had insanely good rng? 🤔

The guns are HE only quarter pen 150mm. They will pen 42mm. He's running a full Swerski gunboat build. You will notice the ten second rader is reset to twenty seconds every time he activates his smoke. I would love to see his inspirations.

Ultimate sadness ....I was the Fenyang and having good game until a smoke/ radar Combo wrecked me. GGd Captain tho (also I agree with you Spartan as well about I have to have Perceptive or Twist and Track!)

The fire % for the main guns was only 2.3% - rough RNG for that game. Also, I'm always a 'yes' for you taking new ships out for a cruise.

I’m convinced that this ship is probably the best destroyer at tier 7. It can do anything you could ever need from a destroyer

The USS Black also has radar with smoke.

Play the new Pan Euro line, Split is kind of busted with those consumables.

Disagree brother three things 1st goal in any dd. Survival 2nd cap control that includes sinking dds on or near caps and you don’t have to rush a cap it’s better to figure out what you’re dealing with and spot first also Japanese dds guns are best used at range higher velocity and slow rúdder
