So apparently, the cops then pulled him over on the highway and asked where he was taking the tiger. He said he was taking it to the zoo, and they let him go. Then the next day, they saw him again with the tiger still in the car. They asked him, "We thought you were taking that tiger to the zoo yesterday?". "I did", he said. "Today I'm taking him to the movies".
Missing kids also solved, anyway i feel like that woman was overdramatic about her statement yes it's a tiger but a human walking with a gun while the tiger walks, true killer instinct if the tiger attacked bit it didn't
Actually that happened to me here in Lima, Ohio. But it was a lion. True story. About a year later the same lion made the news. Thats all I really know of it. You may be able to Google it.....I think I will now....never gave it much thought until now.
I had a neighbor couple who used to drive with their mountain lion laying on the back seat of their car. They said it was usually hilarious when they'd get pulled over by a cop.
lol aggressive manner. That tiger was just walking around like a house cat outside for the first time. If the Tiger was being aggressive some one would have been lunch.
He wasn't being aggressive but it's against the law for you to have a tiger in your house in a neighborhood if you live in the country in the middle of nowhere yeah you can have one but not in a neighborhood when there's kids around
I definitely agree. The tiger was just chilling and walking around. It wasn't even moving that fast just like causally I guess. People love to over react. In just glad the cop didn't shoot the poor tiger.
@@tiffanyk9869 It shouldn't have been outside in a residential neighborhood. It's not the tigers fault, but the owner needs to be sited severely so it never happens again.

Not even close. This happens all the times In Texas. Pretty sure of the half of the worlds population of tigers are in Texas. Not sure if that’s true Florida had a snake and gator problem.
🤦♀️ As a female....I rolled my eyes. You stay calm, don’t act like prey, don’t scream, talk calm, and keep eye contact....it may walk up due to curiosity. But that’s how cats walk lady. You don’t act like prey.....you don’t get treated like prey. Tiger looked scared and confused. Out of its normal “habitat”. I am no big cats trainer, but as a hunter I figured out the laws of nature. Stay calm and firm, and chances of being lunch go way way down. Even in this situation. The Cop should of chilled a little but more. The Tiger seemed curious about his excitement. But glad he did not shoot.
Black mirror episode...more like white mirror episode? If the owner was a black man, the cops will block the whole Street by now and the owner in jail.
Tigers are more aggressive then lions and lions won’t hurt people unless you hurt them. Yeah a tigers dangerous but I feel like respect has a lot to play here but idk
@Organic Iverson sadly not everyone will respect animals but those are the people hurt by them because the thing is if someone’s playing with you and ur a animal you’ll show them to stop but if ur a animal and someone’s respecting you chillin then you have no want to attack
It reminds me of the guy who kept a tiger in his NYC apartment. There was a retirement/assisted living facility across the street, and one of the residence had been telling the staff for months they kept seeing a Tiger in the window. But the staff assumed it was dementia or something, and didn’t believe them. LoL
I remember that episode, I believe the series was called “Fatal Attraction”? Dude straight up raised an entire Tiger from kitten to full adult. It was sad when the authorities found and shot the animal, though. Dude then legally opened up a Big Cat sanctuary somewhere on the Westcoast, if I remember correctly.
I remember that it was in the bronx and your right they keep complaining and not one fool believed it until the tiger was fully grown and there was another story in ny where they were found living in a Hertz rental truck lol
It acts completely docile, shooting that tiger while behaving as it was would be like shooting someones kid that was just looking around the neighborhood out of curiosity but you though was dangerous cause of whatever makes people just assume crap
And not even being watched carefully. What brought me here you ask? I just heard a lion ROAR at 2am I. My small town Oklahoma backyard while I came out so smoke. Now I have a lion living next door 😤
@@josevenancio5008 no sh!t Jose! Fran was just saying that the owner had the tiger since birth that's . People are fascinated owning animals that can kill you! Lions, tigers, bears oh my! Clearly by looking at the neighborhood that guy can afford a tiger.
I love and respect wild animals, but this could have turned deadly. It is also extremely unfair and unnatural to keep a large Carnivore in a Suburban home.
Would you rather it be poached in the wild instead ? Private owned tigers have a far better chance at continuing to remain non extinct because of privateer

I don't see how the neighbors didn't know he had a tiger living there. You'd think it would roar once in a while or maybe be seen through a window in passing? Something...
Loo why would it roar? From what I know, tigers growl more than roar. Either way, being cooped up in a house all ur life can make this tiger not roar/growl. I've dogs being kept in a basement and not know how to bark. It's so wierd.

Let's suppose kids were around or just someone who has no idea how to reach around a tiger, can you say that the outcome is always predictable?
Yeah my aunts house is literally in the video with the tiger in front of it and she just found it bizarre. No need to be scared as long as you are in your house

Yeah but the animal did appear to be a bit stressed, probably because it might have been confused..people are lucky it wasn't full grown(well, didn't look like it anyway) it might have gotten alot worse..I don't know what is wrong with some people..if they want a tiger, get a giant plush one to sit on the couch..those things are not pets, sheesh 😕
This is scary. Many years ago I lived in Florida and my neighbor was a performer with Ringling Bros. Circus. He kept 2 tigers & 2 lions in cages in his backyard. Authorities were trying to catch him at home to arrest him & take the animals into custody. I moved out of the area, & don't know if they ever caught him.
There are around 2,000-5,000 tigers in Texas, so there are possibly more tigers in Texas than there are in the wild. I'm honestly surprised this doesn't happen more often.
@@copyright4138 No, I posted a well known fact. You're welcome to google it, realize you're wrong, and then delete your comment (don't just edit it like Anupam has done).
The cop gave that tiger more respect than most black people. Shocking that he didn't shoot an animal that could tear him apart in seconds, but an unarmed black man probably wouldn't have faired so well🤷♀️
Not anymore, unfortunately. Cant return it to the wild, it depends on people to feed it. It will seek out humans and become very hungry, recipe for disaster. Once dumbasses like this domesticate them, they will die in captivity. People think they're cute when they are small, then they grow 25x the size and cost a small fortune to take care of.
@@Floridaman1780_ I agree. Not only that , but a tiger living in captivity would probably get killed by another tiger defending his territory. A tiger released into the wild could spread diseases..
I know for a fact that yes some people don't know what they are doing owning one as a pet, but it is possible. I mean it wasn't that long ago where you could walk the streets of New York with a pet tiger or leopard. If you have the proper training and know what you are doing then you can do it. My grandfather owns a wild animal reserve park and sometimes raises yung tiger cubs and bear cuba and so on. Now living in a neighborhood where the poor tiger doesn't have the space to run and hunt, yes will become a problem. I support the man with enough courage to raise such a beautiful creature, but he should move to a land with huge fences and a few acres of land for the beauty
@@Floridaman1780_ I agree with you. The worst thing to do is to domesticate a wild animal. They are pretty much finished if you release them. They won't even know how to fight or find food anymore cause you turned them into something that they never should have been.
Police cannot just go into a house without a warrant or extenuating circumstances that are a life threading situation. For example if a voice from inside screams for help. Otherwise they need a warrant. I’m betting the owner drove the tiger back out of the city and stayed out of city.
@@leelee7731 it's a crime to own a tiger within city limits so they had well over the probable cause to obtain a warrant or even perform a due cause search on the spot, if it was performed immediately after the man led the tiger into the house
It really depends on where you live at. Owning a pet tiger is considered legal or is unregulated in eight states, all of which have rather lax regulatory laws concerning animal rights in general: North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Nevada, Oklahoma, South Carolina, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Of course the big issue about this comes from two reasons, not enough space within city limits usually, males needing 40 miles of territory, females needing just 7 miles. Another being because of an incident in 2011. Still, you shouldn't own a tiger, they should be left in the wild. Not in zoos or in someone house. They're surprisingly cheap as well, $900-$2500
"Aggressive manner" you gotta be kidding me. If that cat was aggressive someone would have been hurt. The fact that it didn't attack the cop, a kid or another pet shows it wasn't aggressive. It was just curious. I swear people are afraid of everything these days.

Some of y'all are calling this woman a "Karen," saying she is over reacting. No, this is a time to react and her actions were appropriate. I'm glad the tiger didn't meet it's end do to a trigger happy cop, but this was a case where a cop had the right to be scared. It's a TIGER!!! That TIGER is not meant to be strolling down a residential neighborhood. TIGERS ARE NOT PETS!!! They are meant live outside of captivity, not like a poodle or in your living room. That man put this animal and his entire neighborhood in danger. What is the justification? There are more TIGERS illegally here in the US than in the wild! It's selfish! That TIGER is not a toy it is a wild animal and is meant to be wild! Some of y'all got life backwards as Hell. The fact that no charges or detainment was made after this is insane. That neighborhood and tiger are in danger. That TIGER shouldn't have to behave like a house pet to satisfy the arrogance of it's captor. That man has this animal chilling on the lawn smack dab in the suburbs. I've seen HOAs and Police go insane for literally nothing, but this gets no marks on the stress Richter scale?! Mmmkay 👀💅🏾

Walking and stalking have a difference. Your gut instincts tell you this when you're confronted with something dangerous. You above obviously cannot tell the difference. The tiger was walking. Stalking is when they walk in a crouch. Don't trust everything you see about animals on TV. They say the wrong things on purpose so that there is hype. For example a tiger walking through the grass, the blades rustling and twigs snapping. The commentator says "the tiger is stalking it's next meal". Really it's just the tiger walking to its favorite drinking spot by a river and goes for a swim with a potential partner. Splashing in the river.
