позвоночник как минимум выдерживает 400 кг вертикальной нагрузки череп вообще 1800 если ты конечно мамина радость не испугаешься под конец и не влетишь криво или не будешь прыгать каждый день или до сотряса то ничего не случится.
@@nervouspowertricks грыжу, смещение позвонка очень легко заработать. Шейный отдел очень хрупкий, ломается вообще без проблем. Пока молодой, это может не беспокоить, но после 30-ти может быть уже не до брэйка
