This song describes me perfectly. "My mind is full of reasons, I can't help what we've become". I often look at how distant i have become to my once closest friends. " A time capsule buried in the way you make me numb" Thinking about the past, how that person represents me and where I was back in days before...and just memories. " You're always looking at the floor when I'm looking in your eyes. " The awkwardness when you don't know what to say anymore even though you use to be able to just talk freely. "Distance is measured by the mind and its hard for me to let you in" The person I want to talk to the most can be right next to me and I just clam up. .I don't know what to say or how to say it. I know in my head they're probably the same person and we could probably go back to being normal but I just _can't_ "I am the voice that you hear, castaway in your head" When you become a memory, someone people think about rarely, if ever. "I am the point that you miss" Being the person forgotten about. The part on a list unchecked...Or when communication goes well with everyone else but between us it is awkward when we used to be so on point and in tune with each other.
