Tiggly Shapes are an awesome combination of physical and digital play. Toddlers use real objects (the soft plastic shapes - triangle, square, circle and star) to activate play on the iPad screen. As well as being lots of fun, playing with the shapes develops motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Physical play is incredibly important for childhood development, and Tiggly Shapes is the first iPad toy that is developed with this in mind.

Tiggly Stamp offers two scenes to create in and let your little one's imagination run wild - a green grassy meadow and a winter wonderland. When the Shapes tap the screen, a character appears! Squares turn into mugs, stars into snowflakes and leaves, circles into cranberries, triangles into hats..... each time the screen is tapped something different appears, with a verbal description and a cute illustration. So much creating potential! Move the characters around the screen, and then capture a screenshot or record a video of the action. As the characters appear randomly, there's a different scene every single time. You can even save the masterpieces to play with them again later!
In Tiggly Safari the content can be customized to suit the player's age - from 18 months to five years old. Start on the farm and see funny animals appear when the correct Shape is tapped on the screen. As the single shapes are mastered, a combination of shapes reveal new animals. Head off on a jungle safari and the hilarious animal noises will keep your toddler entertained and engaged while he matches more and more shapes to reveal the animals - even the orientations of the shapes move around, so little ones are recognizing them in many different forms and situations! From hooting monkeys composed of multiple shapes to roaring (but smiley) lions, there is much to entertain. Then, head off to the deep blue sea and catch the shapes as they float off the screen. Be quick!
Tiggly Draw uses the Shapes as the base for littlies to create their own cartoon masterpieces. The beauty in this is in the simplicity of the pieces - simple shapes and lines become quirky cartoons with their own individual character! Tap the screen with a Shape and then add lips, eyes, hats, tails, feet, wings..... just keep tapping the icons to cycle through the options. And each piece animates as it is added, with hilarious sound effects as well! Move each creation around the screen to make room for more, while older children can create a story with their characters. Let their imaginations run free; then save the picture and share it with doting grandparents! Oh, and each Shape has its own simple melody, so combine that with the happy banging and squeals of glee from your toddler, and you're in for a wonderfully musical creative time!
