I have no comment or a right to say anything. just my pov from a student perspective. eyex hat tricks was the make or break in the battle. what I can see is the speed and innovation of the mistakes because eyex has that execution type of look so perfection is expected I guess like perfect pitch but the speed of recovery and innovation was sick. Shouts to X. I have no personal opinion as I don't know the rules and don't study battles let alone styles vs styles. As a battle fan who's been study 90% krump most of the time. this was dope to watch. shout out to the lady saying take your time. crowd hype is always cool to hear

Eyez does a whole lot of risky hat tricks and manages to pull it off. X has sauce and smooth transitions between his combos. Eyez had a lot more originality in combos, X was a little repetitive but was really good in this exhibition. Bone breaking is insanely hard to do combos the way X did them, and Eyez is the king of KRUMP so it isn't a surprise how he performed even though this might be a little sloppy for Eyez when X was a lot more clean with it. In my opinion if this were an actual battle anyone could win. Eyez has the insane isolated movements with the personality switches, and X performed really clean with insane bone breaking combos. For me their styles are hard to judge in comparison. Eyez is what I gravitate more towards because I know KRUMP more than I do bone breaking, but I'm aware of bone breaking and it's difficulty in combos for bone breakers. In conclusion I'd have to go with Eyez due to a better performance but X is insane, was just a little repetitive.

This is how i know MOST people really don't know 1. How to battle effectively , 2. don't really know Boxing either. and 3. Yall hella get swayed by Energy & Speed and confuse that for substance. This is the worst iv seen Eyex and that says a lot bc he hardly misses, maybe it has to do with him in this Cult now, who knows but he wasnt in his bag here. If this was a krump battle it wouldnt have been a good match. Eyex only had moments. X was consistent the entire time. He took his time, and keep the Jabs and added Uppercuts when needed. I agree the missing/mistakes and yeah X did do his thing. to expand a little I agree with missing- to an extent because there are ways to make mistakes and still kill off based on that mistake. eyex did a tutorial 4.0 saying these things. having moves for even when you make mistakes. yeah eyez was going for the stoppage but couldn't finish with the power shots. was interesting build up to them though. Taking your time is an interesting comment cause composure is like may weather with his speed/reflex/skill etc. Eyez was in delivery mode and his personality shows it- look at the faces when they battling. define take your time? many pac vs may weather who would you say took their time? but then if I said many pac vs Ricky Hatton who would you say took their time? also just saying X was dope! this isn't a biased student imo. just interesting to learn/study and hear others

I’m not a krumper or a flexer and have absolutely no idea what speed has to do with anything in a battle. Yes eyes has muscle control but so X can contort his body in ways almost no one else can while tutting at the same time., in a battle of styles it’s supposed who can be more creative in there respect styles. Both were great but eyes has done 1000 time better before with X was dumpin bonebreaks never seen before.

Who were the judges? Awesome battle between 2 completely different styles. I could tell Eyex might be a little out of shape, he DEFINITELY wasn't in the same form when he battled the twins back to back at Fusion Concept (even though that was 3 years ago) he seems like he even dropped some good weight too. He messed up a hat trick in every round except for his last, but I still think he won the 1st and the last round, I just wanna know why people are posting and acting like he got massacred☠☠☠ that's what happens when a legend loses I guess lol.

Tight Eyex was definitely getting off, looking faster than ever but his material and combos were not landing. X is really solid with his dance style but I think he his rounds were too relaxed. Expected better from both

Lol, is it real? Eyez is legend, one of founder the whole dance direction, I so like people that don't know about the culture where grew Eyez, lol it was not hip hop or acrobatic streets. I cannot judge this battle, for me Eyez is legend. He is still dancing, in younghood he had more energy than in this battle.
Tight eyes was fire but in this battle he made a lot of mistakes.His energy and style was on fire but when you judge a battle between two great performers that you know is going to bring fire,in my judging experience you don’t only judge based on power moves and style but also mistakes.X performance throughout the three rounds was not only fire but nearly flawless.Tighteyez energy kept his mistakes from looking bad if you can see it throughout the first and second round but at the same time he messed up a couple of times.But X was consistent and clean with his style and landing every punchline he delivered. X WON 🥇

this whole event was bad. they were rushing everyone and tight eyex rounds are usually a bit on the longer side. they said “we will not be doing any round 3s” and immediately did a round 3 for every battle which REALLY didnt give eyex enough time. he was forced to rush moves because of it. like his energy started on 8 instead of starting at a 3 and working up to a 10 like krumpers are known for. eyex isn’t necessarily the blame for his L and i know if he had more time and the event was run correctly, eyex wipes X. that said, X 2-1
Nonsense, you can always compare styles. That’s why there’s a such thing as all style battles.. it just goes on mainly what the judges look for when they’re judging, that can be beat kills , originality, stage presence, energy, technique, & so on
@@ramonruiz3413 I agree with you that different styles can for sure battle and it will work out. But some styles just don't compare. You can't just have a ballet dance battle against break dancers as another example. It just doesn't work. Both dancers are really talented. I've seen their work individually. But both dancers seemed to fail to grab the crowds attention. That's because the two styles didn't garner that result.

Bone breaking is an acquired taste and Krump although has been around for a while now its still working on being respected. I prefer and love Krump but I won't be bias. Whoever think King X won must be blind lol. If this was judged professionally I guarantee Eyez would of won 2-1. What is King X doing besides arm and upper body flexing ?? His musicality is and dance is very basic and not too complex such as eyex. If eyex did no hat tricks it would of been 3-0 bad bad. Eyez rounds were longer as well and why because they were more entertained and got lost in his energy and performance and you hear how they was hard counting X time like it’s over wit for ya my boi good try. X vs Retro would of been a classic and he would of had a better chance against that older Eyez but this one still too buck for X. No disprespect big ups to Both for doing a great job. ✌🏾
