Nick, when you're using a holesaw to go through plasterboard put your drill in reverse, it still goes through just as easy but also if your cables are above it won't chew them up.

Pelmet goes under the units, cornice goes on top.

I wouldn't think that having the highest load closer to the main would make any difference. As long as your bus bar is rated for the amperage you are pulling it won't matter.

Hi Nick. Love the videos as a fellow electrician. Just something you may of not considered. How long before the Led strip comes loose from the units due to the environment? Maybe a metal intrusion would’ve been a better option here? Most LED lighting companies require it for warranty purposes.

I was listening to that Jordan Peterson bloke about how he coached top lawyers who would work something like a really stressful 60 to 80 hours a week. Apparently one of the best things to help them be more productive and healthy was for them to get some time off. Something like a 4 day weekend. Because they got some downtime, their billable hours went up, they got more done and they were healthier. Anywhoo, carry on.

Nick is it common practice around your area to fit consumer units inside the the suppliers meter cabinet; as around here we are not allowed to fit any consumers gear inside a cabinet; or mount onto their wood board inside the property.

Led tape really needs to be installed in aluminium channel to dissipate the heat it gives off and stop it from dying
