TIJN Eyewear Review | Blue Light Glasses & Sunglasses 2021 

I'm a former optician, i'm now retired and enjoying playing golf quite often. Before I started watching your video I first went back looking through your You Tube video caps to see if you wear glasses. I was unable to find any so i assumed that you most likely don't wear prescription glasses. I do that because if the person does wear prescription glasses i am prepared to suggest that they should have gotten their glasses from "TIJN" with the lenses in their prescription. But as it turns out you surprised me early on in your video to hear you say that you regretted not getting the "TIJN" glasses made in your prescription. You're right that was really a huge mistake because those glasses were gifted to you and "TIJN" would have included making them in your prescription at no charge to you. Now if you were to order a pair of glasses from "TIJN" having your prescription included is going to cost you $130.00. Prescription lenses alone are $50.00 of that cost. You could have all 3 pairs made in your prescription along with the blue light blocking coating on the 2 clear pairs. Now if you were to order exactly the same 3 pairs but including your prescription it will cost you $355.00 not including shipping. So I have a suggestion for you if you find you like the blue light blocking coating. Check out Zenni Optical before ordering form "TIJN". Zenni has a really nice selection of glasses starting at $6.95 and that includes single vision lenses in whatever prescription your eyes need. You can get the blue light blocking coating which they call Blokz for an addition of just $16.95. For a total of just $24.00. Shipping is only $5.00. Now they also have hundreds more for under $13.00 as well. Since you apparently wear contacts most of the time to correct your eyesight I have a source for that as well. Check out "lens.com" they sell all of the name brands so they will have whatever brand you wear and they have proven be the lowest price around. Normally I would lecture you about the harm you're likely doing to your eyes by over wearing your contacts. But considering you appear to have a very active life style I can see where wearing glasses would get in the way quite a bit. But I do urge you as an optician to try making a point of wearing your glasses as often as possible to give your eyes as much of a break as possible. You do know that you can get a strap that is completely hidden under your hair to hold your glasses in place when doing various exercises. By the way besides Zenni Optical you might want to look at these other sites as well for glasses. Zeelool, Voogueme, Payne Glasses, and Lensmart. Besides being an optician I was also the manager of a local optical store and we employed mostly attractive young women as our opticians and optical assistants. nearly all of them wore glasses so they were always very interested when shipments of new frames came in as well as shopping on line for thier glasses and sunglasses.
