Revamped oline and new oline coach that really did well with the little he had in Las Vegas. Hopefully these new guys give Kafka’s RPO offense more time for plays to develop. So we get two RPO studs in Nabers and a tight end who reminds me a lot of bellinger but faster in Theo. Not only that we brought in a trio in the rb room: that s. Carolina kid who ran a 4.27, singletary, and Tracy jr who imo will take the 3rd down reps as he can block, catch, and run. He’s my dark horse for this year. E. Gray sorry dog I think you’re on the chopping block. It’s gonna be Singletary rb 1, Tracy rb 2, and the other kid tiki talked about. Giants will have a better season this year due to those reasons above. We will have a winning record mark my words.

I'm not sure why everyone gets excited for the draft. Half the guys we end up getting suck/are a bust & the other half break their foot or other bone in the preseason & we never see them play. In 52 years I've never followed the draft for this reason. I don't turn on the TV until game 1 of the regular season......then that's when I start getting disappointed.

Tiki was actually wrong because the Giants wanted Drake Maye and were foaming at the mouth the trade up for him Patriots were not budging and the Giants pivoted back to Daniel Jones and drafted Nabers, they know they do not have a franchise QB and Daniel Jones stinks, his days are numbered. They have the worst QB's in the division by far

I think most of all it instills confidence in the gm from ownership

IF - 1) The revamped o-line with the new coach can provide at least average pass protection (instead of horrendous protection, as has been the case for Jones entire career; historically bad last year); and; 2) Malik Nabers is a real star at WR, getting separation & requiring double coverage (the first above average receiver in Jones career); and; 3) Jones is fully recovered from his injuries (and also doesn’t have permanent PTSD from the absent o-line protection); Then - - - I still think there’s a good chance for Jones to become a very QB for the Giants. Up to now, he’s been in the absolute worst conditions for success, with the terrible o-line and no #1 or #2 level WRs. He’s had WR 3s, 4s (and below) who get no separation and multiple pass rushers instantly in his lap on most plays. It will be nice to see what he can do with an average or above average suppporting cast. If he gets average time and Nabors is great (and elevates the other WRs), and Jones still struggles, then we’ll know the answer. But he’s worthy of getting that chance.

Anybody with a 5th grade education got it right the giants payed Jones way to much guaranteed money to dump him and got better in every dept in f/a that needed help except wr and dbacks and that's what they did in the draft .no big surprise glad draft is over so I can stop hearing the hype reporters trying to make a QB story when there never was they needed a wr1 desperately

Well one thing I don't want to c is either cousins, or presscott what u bring in a veteran q b who may get u a minimum of ten wins in the playoff but can't get out of a wild card game and win those scenarios don't even pass the sniff test at least for me let's c how the upcoming season plays out but I was hoping giants would go wide relievers at 6 and they did who apparently has better nos. Then Harrison jr., listening to nabers during his conference I thought he said all the right things I think he goes and prepares well he wants to b the best this guy had over 1400 yds. On 89 passes caught and I think 14 touch downs in what his senior season which is what about 12 maybe 13 games in a college season I think the skies the limit for this kid, and don't forget Hyatt if the o line keeps Jones upright. they can have success but don't try to sell me on cousins or presscott!

No Tiki wasn’t right as the Giants according to numerous sources offered the Pats two firsts and a second to trade up to get Maye. Nabers was never their first option - it was Maye according to Albert Breer of Sports Illustrated.

Nabers fits what the GM and coach want from a player. Versatile, explosive and separates very quickly. If you're comfortable with the dropped gun charge then he's the obvious choice.
