You should give it a try, it's not your typical kind of cheese. It's quite crumbly in texture with a rather salty taste and it goes well with a lot of different things! I like to use it for salad, lasagna or as pizza toping but like Erika said, it also compliments sweets well. It's often served with fig jam, diced watermelon, nuts or glazed with honey and then grilled.
Oh yeah??? My family is vegan! I just avoid dairy and eggs for my eczema! I was vegan for like 5 years but it was too hard to pack sustainable meals for my 10-hour days at university. 😢 eating chicken and fish made it so much easier to meal prep!
