I’m currently taking a 10-hour OSHA course for a class, so this is hilarious and a little nerve-wracking (1:05 and other height/ladders related ones in particular, they are the opposite of osha safe)
I sang it at work yesterday when someone was doing sketchy shit. Proceeded to get it stuck in mine and other guys head for like 5hrs of humming and whistling it. We forgot about it over lunch, came back and someone brought doing the Osha card and we were like why you say that word!!! Within secs someone was humming jt
@@sipgod3053 i decided to stop. i didn't want to be writing up violation citations. i am in the construction field. i just had a heart attack last thursday, after being released from hospital i went to job site to pick up my car and osha inspector almost was going to give contractor a fine. yeah i don't want anything to do with them. i'll practice and be on the look out for my fellow construction brothers.
@@fvrrljr dang man hope everything is going good after the surgery 🙏🏽 & can you still get paid even if you don’t write any citations? I’m just looking for a good paying job for college
@@sipgod3053 LOL Thanx. there's an expression in spanish "mala yerba nunca muera" bad shrubs never die. so i'm a bad guy LOL. you still get paid for doing your job, not giving out citations. there are people and companies who deserved citations. I did not need surgery was caught on time. 3 yrs ago had first episode now again. time to R&R i'm 60 yrs old. ever since i stopped dancing 5 yrs ago i saw the decline. instead of college try a Trade. IBEW's will train and pay as you learn. all jobs are being sourced out to other countries. hope you find what you're looking for.
@@fvrrljr Bad shrubs never die Lol I like that saying. Thank you sir I really appreciate that advice I’ll see what I can do. And praying your episodes go away 🙏🏽 and everything gets better 💯
if you followed every stupid time wasting OSHA 'safety' rule, you'd never get anything done. I love the must tie off rules. you already at the height you could fall from just to tie off.
I'm pretty sure the ladder one on the stairs by the water is perfectly fine since that's the point of that ladder and he even has someone holding the ladder for him
Im pretty sure its more the way theyre leaning away from the ladder to pull the blinds with i think both hands which would be not having atleast 3 points of contact with the ladder
@@loungevibes5347 no i want someone to remake the entire wonka song, i mean family guy made a version about beer it cant be that hard to finish this osha one
I am not going to lie I would love to work for OSHA or MSHA and do inspections on places. It literally seems enjoyable looking for problems to be fixed and at the same time not finding any is just as satisfying.
That could have worked great when i use to work at the cement factory at york building products come with me and you'll will see a world that is full of osha volitions
I've seen that step ladder on a stairs trick in real time, when I was working for this big Fortune 500 company, as a maintenance guy in charge of all their buildings, we had a laid out in a stairwell, right over a staircase, I refused to do anything stupid😅, so my supervisor called in this contractor that we used from time to time, me thinking that this guy was going to be using proper scaffolding, buddy shows up with 4 guys they pull out a 10 ft step ladder and you had the bigger guys including himself was two on each side of the letter and then a young skinny stupid kid, climbs all the way up and stands on the very top of the f****** ladder the very very top you know the top it says not a step😅 and changed the bulbs I was like this is the most dangerous f****** thing I've ever seen in my life😅
It's from the scene in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, when Gene Wilder is singing to the tour group when they're in the Chocolate Room (at least I think it was called the Chocolate Room...there was a chocolate pond in there...)
