TikTok Really Is Getting Banned... (why this matters) 

As of April 2024, there are concerns of a TikTok ban in the USA as President Joe Biden signed the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act - which makes Bytedance, the parent company of TikTok, face an ultimatum: sell TikTok to an American company within 12 months or face a TikTok ban in the USA. In this video I look into this TikTok news and share my thoughts as a Canadian creator on how TikTok got banned. I also talk about how this will impact creators and just my thoughts on why this matters - why it is bad for a social media platform to get banned, especially one this big.
