Cosette has been on a health and wellness kick lately. She plays 4-6 hours of pickleball almost daily and as part of her wellness journey, she wanted to experience a chiropractic adjustment for the very first time! Of course we loosened up her muscles first, breaking up adhesions in her fascia before we did any adjusting. She responded very well to the treatment and enjoyed her first ever chiropractic experience! @cosette
