Not all "veneers" require to sand the teeth off. I'm based in Barcelona and some clinics do micro veneers made of lithium disilicate (not porcelain ) that are 0.2 mm thick. They are amazing, strong, reversible and... expensive like crazy. I'm almost sure this exists in the USA too.

Hey bentist I'm kind of in trouble right now and I need some advise from the best. Years ago maybe when I was 10 or 11 it's hard to remember, I've had a root canal done, they filled my tooth pretty good because the filling stayed intact for so many years now until recently, the silver filling on my tooth has just cracked and it's the tooth that had a root canal done too, it's been giving me problems and just a lil sensation here and there, and I'm afraid to get it checked because this is a whole new problem for me, what would u do in a situation like this?😢

What would you recommend for peg lateral incisors?

When I got out of braces, I got a permanent retainer for my bottom teeth and a clear retainer for my top teeth. I had to stop using the clear top retainer because it was so painful I would wake up in tears from the pain so I just said screw it. And my "permanent" retainer broke like 3-4 months after I got it from an apple slice (I was told id be fine eating apple slices) so I just havent bothered since. Maybe I'll go to my dentist and get a new retainer made for top and bottom

I'm trying to get implants on upper/full. In your opinion, is there a specific application that's better?

I have a crown on one of my bottom front teeth and I unfortunately had the same exact thing happen to me that the girl in the last video had. My mom, who works for an oral surgeon, was fortunately able to temporarily bond it until I could see my dentist. My dentist was going to add the post for stability but my insurance wouldn’t cover a new crown because it was too soon from having my crown put on the first time 🙄🙄 so now I baby the crap out of it and am just waiting for the day it pops back off 😂😭😭

Permanent retainer, yeah no. Mine broke off about 6 years ago.......I'm 59 and back in braces because my teeth legit went back to being crowded and crooked. I'm not a happy camper, just didn't expect to be here at this point in my life.

Well after it hurting alot in the first couple of weeks. But it stopped hurting yes but it still got sore and kinda hurt sometimes in the morning

When. U said "what YOU can do is cut the thing in the midlle or the bungee cords". And I was like wait I can just cut it and then you said we can do or something and I was like I knew you didn't mean it that way

I havr naturally super sharp canine teeth, and i get asked if ive gotten ny teeth sharpened so many times! Its annoying!

I have naturally vampiric canines, probably should of had braces but by the time I found out I was 18 and it's 1000s of £'s so I didn't get them. Uneven teeth and grinding habit 😂😂

permanent retainer no. my mom had one and it broke and after 15 years, but she doesn't need braces and has a retainer.

I.got almost the full package when I was young I mean I got one pf those things that you turn every night to move your jaw farther apart from the sides. I got the rubber bands I got braces and I wore my retainer but when I forgot for a.while it wouldn't fit so I put it in place and when I woke up it fit like a charm. I once didnt wear it for two weeks and it fit agian I still have the retainer and the packs of rubber bands and the turnt thing that moves jaw outward I stopped wearing my retainer when my teeth stop moving and of course I went to talk to my dentist after deciding that I didnt have to wear it any more aNd the dentist said that would be fine and I wouldnt have to get braces agian also my teeth have not moved and I have not had to add a piece of metal to move/not let move my teeth or had t o go back to the orthodontist since

.i feel so sorry for that last girl god bless her heart the dentist who put her veneer or crown on should have put screw or metal post in her gums to make sure her crown or veneer does not fall out my heart goes out to her she needs to go to a better dentist or orthodontist😢
