My mom passed from Cancer. I do remember how tired she would get between treatments though. She would literally just fall asleep knitting or needlepointing. I was frequently saving dropped stitches and repairing things before she woke up so she wouldn’t feel badly. Som that med I think the treatments were more exhausting then the surgery.

I have a question for you : is the dragonthread an actual thread or is it more of a fine fishing thread? Been having one hell of a time with my thread this week.
It feels like a cross between the two depending on what size you use. I prefer the fishing line fused nylon feel which the size 5 and 6 but I have noticed the grey is more like a waxed nylon thread. It's great but it's thick and waxy and fills your holes.

Lol, I thought I'd be all tricky and started on Matte Picasso Seafoam Tila's with Czech BROWNBERRY 11/0's for the middle section, and Miyuki Silver 11/0's for the peacos... lol as I did the 1st section with all the middles, doing silver peacos on each side of tila. I put 10 Brownberry's, then FORGOT to put 1 silver and just added 11 more Brownberry. So I didn't even realize I needed that peaco point on the inside of the middle... UGH, not huge mistake but I almost like it better with just the single silver line along the inside row...too bad it's only on one side😂 Guess I need to try again! Thanks for the tutorial!!!

I remember being exhausted for a few weeks after surgery. Make sure you give yourself the time to rest and recover. Don’t fight it. You need the restorative sleep.
