@@Construction-home.Tiles74 everything you're doing is absolutely wrong. I've been a floor layer for 21 years and have never seen tile installed like this.
Your mortar is way to runny. You never get on top of your work or walk on it until the mortar is set up. I'm not sure what type of flooring you're going over but it looks like asphalt or sealed concrete to me, mortar will not stick.
