Wow! I am really impressed with the job you've done. The things I really like is that the kitchen is not tiled and the bathroom is not fully tiled as well. That way the owner save some money. On the over hand, you could have split the bathroom in 2 to create a walk in closet
The are has nice views but the house is so closed in . The wall between the entry room and the kitchen shouldn’t have been there to take advantage of the views from the kitchen , and also they used small windows,I wonder why
From the position of the land, there's really nothing to be seen from the kitchen. There's a plot right behind it and there will be a full fence wall very soon. That section of land is on the lowest elevation.
Depending on the type of fence wall being built, the location and conditions present will determine what interval is best to go with. There's an interval range that's recommended to be used, but a lot of people go with 10ft because it is ideal and makes things more even.
