I thought Jeff's plans were no longer available. Very nice job - I have been thinking of building a Tango 15 - I would have to pass thru the South Florida Cuts like Haulover - I only owned one boat that never buried the bow going thru it - I was a Sub Sailor in my teens so going under never really bothered me -

what kind of draft does it draw? does it plane? what kind of speeds it reach with that 30hp?

With 2 people on board the draft is about 4 to 5". It will plane with up to 3 people on board, but it would need more HP or a different prop for more weight. Cruises comfortably at 20 mph at 4k rims. Top speed is around 28 with 2 on board.
