What I would have given for this when I was a kid!!! I grew up with mini bikes and go karts would keep going by robbing the motor off the garden tiller or old riding mower… great video
Sweet. I got a 225 after cars and cameras showcased it a few years ago. I have an sfb industries drift trike. It came with a pretty nice clone 196cc on it. It flew. Or so I thought. After the swap, I would ride this to work. Put light on it due to when I had to leave for work at 5 am. I used my GPS speedometer on the way home one day, and with the drift sleeves on, I hit 64 mph. I have a 26x4 front fat tire with hydro breaks front and rear. I still had more in it, just not enough room In my undershorts, if you know what I'm saying. Felt like 90 mph being an inch off the pavement. So needless to say, I'm very happy with my purchase as well!!
Mike I took a brake from RU-vid for awhile but when I turn it back on your channel was one of the first one I turn on. It’s good to see your still doing what you do best you’ve got to know that are you still doing customer requests as far as parts are concerned you have the set up I wouldn’t even think to ask grindhard or rather B welding etc but I sure need some things made up let me know $$ is was good to see you and the boys🙏
@@bobbyshirley9753 I’d like to see them head to where the sand drags happen at their local dunes and see if they can find any fairly matched challengers Maybe another kid on a 50 dirt bike or something
What are you using for a clutch? We took our trophy kart out to Winchester with the robin motor in it and it dug holes. Motors toast. Wanted to put in the 225 motor. We have a cmi clutch in there now but guessing the clutch is equally as important as the torque from the motor.
May I ask. Did you consider going with like a 400+CC like Predator engine instead of that small one? So that it had room to grow with the boys. Cause as we all know. horsepower is addicting. Or do you just plan on replacing the whole machine later? Just curious is all, not criticizing.
@@robsdeviceunknown check out the first video of the trophy kart, you can see how the 420 didn't fit without serious modifications to the frame... Thanks for subscribing!!!!!
