Considering whole hog does like a total of 6k damage over 7.5 seconds with the nerf, it's still a horrible ult to get hit by for a tank, Rein didn't even survive with tranq with no heal debuff.
A bit too niche for them to actually put in the game tbh. Same reason why they likely wont reduce the cooldown of punch if you cancel it during its charge, except even more niche.
I don’t think it’s ever coming back. It first came out in 2021 I think and they brought it back during the launch of ow2 along with several other owl skins as an apology due to the DDoS attacks and poor launch of the game. It hasn’t come back since.

@@alhaaretabuhadra1396 my brother in christ it is GM / top 500, that is the definition of top tier. There was no creative usage in that kiriko ult which means there wasn't a "big brain plan", it was used in a generic manner after the tank had already died and it got ditched just as fast. That isn't a mistake you make in top 500 unless you're boosted.
2:40 and this is why I think zen needs a buff to the HPS in his ult. I consistently lose 600 hp in 1 second on tank, so why does zen's ult only do 300 hps
