Stuff like this is what makes Mayhem signing him as a streamer blow my mind. He clearly hates the game and everything to do with it. Why would you want him representing your org?

For real, I subbed to him a while back because of his Echo guide, and the literal next day, I watched him stream for the first time and it was so annoying, he was just complaining constantly, talking shit about his teammates, constantly saying they were throwing the game and messing up but never admitting his own mistakes (which there were plenty of). The chat was very clearly saying he was making a mountain out of a molehill, his mods were (obviously) banning people left and right for not sucking up to him, it was a shit-show. He kept saying he wasn't toxic because he wasn't flaming his teammates in voice chat as if he wasn't throwing tantrums every match the moment something went wrong, it's a wonder he's anywhere above bronze with the amount of anger the game apparently causes him to experience.

To be fair he did say it was his “character” like how some streamers have an online personality that isn’t how they are in person.

I almost beat him once in a tank game... in mid diamond. Sadly, he was duod with an actual tank player who actually belonged in Masters on the role. It's sad how often one can catch the man child smurfing and (usually) writing it off as "educational" when it's 0% educational, 100% smurfing, and 100% still whining like a child.

Tbf tank role is the least popular role for that reason, not every one can handle the stress of being focus by the whole enemy team.

@@reynauldwhistles2338 As I said...I get that but don't come at the entire role just because YOU can't handle it. I also don't like playing Tank and I avoid it as much as possible, but I still recognize that Tank is arguably the most important role and DPS is definitely the least important.

@@comedial6829 All of their playstyles heavily rely on their teams to be successful in a match. Attack-Sym cannot be used in high ranks unless their team full commits to teleports (especially on 2CP), just as attacking hacked targets or going after walled opponents. Bastion also falls into this category as his team (usually Orisa and Baptiste) work to keep him alive while he focuses targets. You look like a clown saying something so silly.

@@aquakit.133 I'm just saying personally Symmetra shouldn't have passed the beta days of Overwatch, her kits pretty bullshit to me. I'm not saying this because I can't beat her, because she's fairly easy to counter and her turrets are fairly easy to handle and get rid of but it's the hero as a whole who I think has no actual place in the game. I understand what you were saying but when you look at Mei and Sombra vs when you look at Symmetra I just don't see it.

@@salvatore2004 The problem with Sombra (as I keep telling people) is that for some stupid reason, Blizzard made her the only playable hero who can silence. Hence why some hate her, "she takes the fun out of the game" because they can't use their abilities for 5 seconds. If more heros had silence attached to their abilities, like Rein shatter, Ana sleep, or even Torb molten load, she wouldn't feel out of place.

@@Zathren She can only hack 1 Person for 5 Seconds...and requires great teamplay to really work and counter...and her being the only Hero to "silence" is compensated for her relatively low damage output and dueling capabilities. She is honestly pretty balanced as a hero and unique and quite fun...she has a very niche role and can be quite oppressive when used right (but that can be said about every hero).

I mean, beating someone in one game in a role they don't play doesn't prove anything, nor would it even if it was their regular role Samito''s only like 3900 as tank. It's why we have rankings, you can't just say "well player A beat player B in this one single matchup, so he must be better." Competition and sports don't work like that, especially in fast paced scoring games that require a bunch of games to form ranks. Samito has peaked higher in his career than Fitzy when he hit 4646 last season vs Fitzy at 4602 which he hit way back in Summer 2017. Right now Fitzy has been trending down in rank while Samito has been going up this season so far and has Fitzy beat. However, Fitzy is the rank 1 Sombra, which is his main one trick, but also Rank 7 Mei, whereas Samito's highest is Rank 8 Doomfist, with his second being Rank 28 Genji. Samito plays more characters though, and has 5 Top 1000 hero rankings, vs Fitzy's 3. Samito is, statistically, the better player overall, whereas Fitzy is a one-trick, you can't really deny this.

Yeah, screw Samitos teammates that obviously had to play their roles correctly for him to win because you can't just solo win in gm like you can in gold. And oh wow, playing nano blade abuser and insta kill fist boy takes so much skill, unlike sombra, the teamwork based character that needs synergy and coordination to pull off, not some alt you get every 10 seconds and a 1 shot ability, dumb armor, and being able to fly across the whole map after you get a free kill. And you clearly dont know what a one-trick is because he always switches off Sombra when he is 100% aware that it isnt gonna work. And not to mention he solo ulted a low hp Sombra instead of saving his ult for last fight. Such a untouchable and an objectively better player how could I have been so blind?

I've literally seen Cyx, an absolute Roadhog master, who is widely considered a Roadhog one-trick, though I've seen him play others well, do the same play a few times as a troll, because Roadhog gets ult fast as fuck, and gets killed a lot when trying to hit a team with his ult, especially in that last spot on that map.. The irony of you talking about Sombra taking more skill than Genji or Doomfist is fucking hilarious, especially when Sombra, Fitzy's one-trick is LITERALLY the counter for Doomfist and Genji. I'd love to see you or Fitzy try some Doomfist rollouts or skip jumps, see how easy it is to jump straight into an enemy team with CC, knockbacks, etc. If you're going to argue that one play means he's worse, there was a game last year, a Samito video titled "Doomfist killed my whole team" where Samito rocks Fitzyhere in a complete blowout while playing Genji (WAY before buffs) and Doomfist, despite Fitzy literally playing the counter hero at a Rank 1 level. Yes, he is a One-trick. No he's not a bad player, I love watching Fitzy play. I also like watching Samito, because he has a wide variance of skill on multiple different characters. 11 hours on Mei vs 57 hours on Sombra is pretty much a one-trick, don't give me your semantic bullshit; look at Samito's hero spread vs Fitzy. Fitzy has 57 hours on Sombra, 11 on Mei, 2 on Symmetra, 1 on Widow, and Ashe. 80% of his games are him playing Sombra. Samito has 19 hours on Genji, 12 on Doomfist, 5 on Mcree, 3 on Hanzo, 2 on Zarya, Torb, and Ana, then approx 1 hour give or take 10 minutes on Ashe, Orisa, Widow, Echo, Winston, Baptiste, Soldier, and Sombra, I'll even exclude the numerous heroes he played for less than 50 minutes; these are ALL in ranked games. That means his most played hero, Genji, was only 36% of his games, with Doomfist in second being 23%. Also, we're talking about individual skill, therefore your point about team coordination makes ZERO sense. Samito literally played in Contenders, which is all about team coordination. You're just a butthurt loser who wants to tryhard by hating Samito.

What really bothers me about his content is really highlighted by using his Echo 1Tip guest feature as an example. I watched it, because I enjoy the series and respect Sam's skill, but ofc as soon as he gets to Brig and Moira, he started just trash talking the heroes. I do play a lot, but I play really casually and stick to qp, and stuff like that is really bothersome to me. I don't even play Brig, but it's just very obnoxious imo. Of course, don't let this come off as me saying other people can't / shouldn't enjoy his content or personality. Just an opinion.
