Ang ganda po ng mga muffin 😻 Napaka-talino nyu din po na mag explore gumamit ng iba't ibang products gaya nyang tulip paper liner and box, napakalaking tulong sa mga binibilhan nyu po especially nililink nyu din kung san nyu po nabili. 👍 Aesthetically pleasing ang presentation po. Ang hirap nga lang manuod ng mga videos nyu pag gantong oras ng gabi Miss Era dahil nakakagutom haha 😂

Hi po Ms Era. Bakit po lumiliit ung cupcake ko after ko sya ibake. Ginawa kopo ung una na 220 for 10mins and ibaba temp.for another 20mins.Lumalaki naman sya nung una pero lumiliit pa din di katulad nung paglaki nya nang una. Tia . Sana mapansin po.

Hi. I just made the blueberry muffins and followed exact ingredients except that I used brown sugar and I only used 3 oz. cupcake liner, filled up to 3/4 of batter. Question lang, bakit hindi ganun ka thick ang batter na nagawa ko, then, after baking, hindi sya nag dome on top, instead flat and iba nakalubog pa. Ano po kaya ang mali? I hope you'll reply. Hello! This is just my opinion based on my actual observation ☺️ I made 2 batches of blueberry muffins. One, i included the syrup from the canned blueberries (more syrup, less berries), then the other, i only included a minimal amount of syrup (less syrup, more berries). So i guess it's safe to say that the syrup from the canned blueberries adds moisture to the batter, hence, basa sya and a little hard to form a dome. Whereas the chocolate muffin, since chocolates are dry, they make an impressive dome for the muffins. I hope my simple observation helped answer your question 😊 Happy Holidays!
