I really agree with all the head injury survivor comments on you tube we think we are back to normal its accepting that we really aren't that is the hardest thing to grasp even after twenty six years .

I’ve had this experience . Brain Lash ,Post Concussion Syndrome, and additional Blunt Force with Concussions . The Brain injured is invisible .. And the Brain working all the time . Not getting rest… Rest is kaleidoscopic. Becoming aware, literally that you are DEALING with a different person. There is no help explaining and addressing the specifics and the nuances ( that aren’t really a nuance to the different brain) I became a different person and have been learning to recognize who this person is ?( THE NEW ME ) And how to help myself The medical industry won’t explain you have anxiety ETC, likely from thebTBI INSTEAD THEY are content in diagnosing you with anxiety and write a prescription
