3:39 wow. as a kid I didn't know their jargon, but now as a 35 year old man remodeling my home, I understand every single term and concept they are about to talk about regarding this door frame. all from watching youtube tutorials.
His ultimate match would be the guy in Takeshi’s Castle who utterly failed the Whale Jump... He like barely clears the first one, and ends up on his back like a turtle the rest of the time, then breaks the next whale and falls off backwards. Biggest fail of all time on that show.
Clarence: "My walls are so full of holes, it's starting to look like swiss cheese. 🧀 Got any ideals?" Tim: "Oh yeah. I'd slap some ham on that wall, and have a sandwich." 🥪🤣
Bob Vila has saved my life I have to admit the other day I was having some trouble with my plumbing and I looked up what Bob Vila recommended for a good plunger and I was able to fix the clog and under a minute compared to not at all with my previous plunger. I believe that's four points to Mr Vila now
I was too young when this came out to have sat down and watched "This Old House" to know Bob Vila really well, but I did recognize the name back then. Because of this show, I thought Bob Vila was a jerk and arrogant for many years! Turns out he was a really good host for the original show, and just played an arrogant character on Home Improvement.
Because Bob Vila's show "This Old House" had him working alongside many other professionals. The show wasn't like "The Joy of Painting" where Bob Ross spoke only to you, and you felt like you were with him on the painting journey.
