First do no harm. The rational choice just by electoral numbers was Shapiro. But I am old enough to remember the 1968 Chicago Democratic convention. This avoids that and allows the Democrats to come out of the convention looking united. Good vibes cause Dems really don't look to good on any substantive issues.
