I love the sound of a classic wooden coaster. I also prefer turns that are banked the right way so my old spine doesn't get wrecked like on modern hybrids.
It looks like shivering timbers at Michigan’s Adventure. Is it the same ride from a different location? I’ve been at shivering timbers and it was painful lol
The drop on this is no joke I feel it in my heart every time. #only 2 times lol I don't go on the wooden ones often my sister dragged me on timber terror for her birthday and I screamed the whole way
Smooth????? I was there yesterday and that thing felt like it gave me a concussion after it made me just appreciate Stunt Pilot even more that is the best ride in the park by a mile
@@shelbywilkinson3601 haha i’m in liberty lake (mhm the snobby rich area get me out please) and it takes like 35-40 min to get there but it’s my fav place to go
my favorite coaster!! and i hate rollercoasters! went on it backwards for the first time during scarywood last month (i’ve been too scared to do it every other year!!). so much fun!!
The first time I went in this ride was when I was eight, and it was my first roller coaster ever that was not a little kids one and I did not like it. But now it’s been about 4 years and I lovvveee it it’s so fun! It is very jerky-not the smoothest-, but still really recommend it.
i remember during October when they turn this theme park into "scarywood" they would put the carts on this ride backwards and ironically it was less scary this way lol, i was literally just talking to the guy next to me during the whole thing, still a cool experience!
I might go on this ride tomorrow! I’ve never been on a rollercoaster before, and this one seems the least scary, but at the same time this ride goes FAST AS HELL! I’m pretty nervous, any tips?
I just rode it yesterday, Idk if it is just me but this ride was way bumpier and shakier that’s it originally was before and and at one point made a really loud noise that was weird
I took my 8 year old on it today as his first real coaster, and I think I traumatized him. It really was extremely jerky, bumpy, shaky. It wasn't the speed or drios that got me, but the fact that I felt like my neck or spine was going to break. I'm in my mid thirties now, but spent my teens and twenties riding coasters (including wooden ones), and this is not hot I remember them. Maybe I just do prefer the more modern ones? I don't know.
I can't ride this thing anymore. I've done so since it was the Grizzly. But nowadays you basically need a neck brace to ride the thing without getting off it feeling broken.
I finally convinced my sister to go in her first “big” roller coaster we are going next week but it comes at a price for me I have to do all her chores for the weekend if she actually goes on it Edit turns out someone caught it on fire and now we can’t go on it
They only negative thing about this coaster and the other woodie at silverwood is one train system and for how popular the parks getting it needs to change to two trains
Personally I hated this one. I was bumping around so much my glasses fell off. And during the ride when it was bumping around, I pulled my back muscle and it STILL hurts. That one is a no for me.
Your kidding me right.... you must be a troll, have you ever even ridden this? Don't talk unless you've actually ridden this. I don't expect you to respond though, since your probably a troll.
