Well, to get the context right, they befriended the store owners, said they’d like to make friends to leave a positive review for each other, then blindsided them by leaving a negative review. The negative review ended up being false, but they didn’t apologize for the false accusation. Then they continued to make new negative reviews every week for 4 months in the hopes that the business will go under. So that’s the correct unbiased context of what A&P did. Hope you can see clearly now.

Review: Fresh and Fit Broom ⭐ I bought what I thought was a high quality broom. Turned out it was lightweight and incapable of sweeping the tea from the floor. It bent back and forth with every sweep, and snapped when the slightest pressure was applied. Other than propping up fallen egos and making sweeping generalizations, it's absolutely worthless. Guess that puts a bow on it.

Silencing people isn't a defense. Speaking with better ideas and a coherent rebuttal is a defense. Defamation and slander are real legal terms, not fantasies in your head. You have to meet the legal standard. It isn't slander and Defamation just because your feelings are hurt.
Slander and defamation from my understanding are lies about the character of an individual or group. In court you’d need to prove that the defendant knew what they were saying is false and caused harm. Talking about another podcast or something like that

I don't know where you live but the US constitution also give you the freedom to talk all the trash you want about someone with the exception of slander and defaming. Aba & Preach (Canadians) met the US constitution requirements of free speech, the US copyright requirements of fair use, and F&F would most likely fail to demonstrate defamation and slander. It would be hard to prove slander particularly when Fit insulted Preach's wife (a non-public figure). A judge would laugh at these guys. When you're slinging insults out, you can't sue for the insults coming back in at you. Mutual combat.
I watch Timcast IRL regularly, almost nightly, and I nearly turned it off the moment I saw them as guests. Then on second thought I figured let's see if these two can actually contribute something meaningful. Alas I was not surprised when they did not. Fresh barely said 20 words in 2 hours. And Fit couldn't even offer anything insightful from his "former fed" angle. However, my time was 100% paid off when Tim read that superchat. It was glorious. Tim telling to their face they were wrong and not allowing them to flake is why Tim Pool is worth the watch. It's why he's become so successful. He don't play. Ya'll would be far more intriguing guests. Here's hoping one day Tim invites you two on.

Fresh is the biggest fraud on RU-vid. What I would have loved is having Fresh on alone. He's lost without Myron. Fresh has absolutely no identity of his own, no individual thought and he would be unbelievably exposed.
It wasn't just Adam... There was A TON of people paying money to get Tim to bring it up and most of them were ignored. Tim barely acknowledged it then pretended like there was just as many people saying positive things when it was like 20 callouts for every 1 message of support.
Which is understandable considering he doesn't know what's going on. As I said on a different video he does work in the political sphere, and they are bs artists and charlatans.
@@tempest83 I have no idea how Tim knows about them without knowing the drama that surrounds them. Most of their notoriety is because of the drama. I had this feeling Tim was helping them rebrand into a political angle now that their redpill image is failing. They hardly talked about anything they talk about on their own show.
Dude just because u know two different groups of people doesn’t mean u know every piece of beef they have with each other. Maybe close friend or family groups but youtubers?? Unless u religiously follow them(not to mention he’s a journalist youtuber so he probably spends way more time searching about different stories if the world) you wouldn’t know.
You look at Preach's demeanor during the first couple of minutes of this vid and you just KNOW he's just done with talking about these clowns and just wants to step in that ring and knock 'em the fuck out!

The idea that he did nothing wrong because some of the takedown notices were accepted as legit is an example of throwing enough crap at the wall that something will stick.

I have to man up and admit I used to make up analogies to make my point at the drop of a hat. I got called out on it one time, and the guy basically said "if you have to make up a hypothetical situation to compare to an already easy to understand situation, your point of view is probably bullshit." I've never looked at it the same since, and always think about it when watching someone like F&F. Once you see it you can't unsee it.

naw honestly this got old a long time ago. They should've got over it but they started making videos about F&F again, caused an emotional reaction resulting in fake yt strikes which I don't support but you gotta admit A&P provoked them by targeting them again.
