@@melissaking6019 First thing I remember seeing him in was a little movie called "Time After Time" where he played Jack the Ripper who steels H.G. Well's time machine and travels to 1970s San Francisco only for it to return to his time and H.G. Wells to chase after him. Great film. It also had Malcome McDowell as H.G. Wells and Marry Stemburgen and a modern woman he falls in love with.
H.G. Wells is McDowell's 2nd finest role (after Alex DeLarge). Hell, just the vast contrast between the 2 performances attest to McDowell's versatility.
WOW! Thank You for this! "Time After Time" is one of my favorite movies...and to see Malcolm and David talk about it...this is SPECIAL! Wonderful moment for these two and they're so funny. This is a real Treat! TY indigo8014
This is a fascinating, hilarious interview. You can tell MacDowell and Warner are very fond of eachother and go way back as friends. Their repartee is wonderful.
David!! Sure wish he could have visited me when he was alive. He could have brought his fob; fine with me. I wonder if they ever did a wax figure of him in Madame Trousseau's museum. If they didn't they missed a live one. So perfect in every single way. So sorry he passed recently.
Can't imagine Stevenson character being played by anyone other than Warner. Not to say Jagger can't act, I've seen him in movies and he he has done a good job, better than some.
Wonderful event, but by this point there really is ZERO excuse for sound quality like this! A ten year old with a free phone app could do a better job!.......Truly!
