A and B together can do a piece of work in 30 days. A having worked for 16 days , B Finish's the remaining work alone in 44 days. In how many shall B finish the whole work alone ? please solve in easy method sir not by equation method...

a and b can do a piece of work in 9 and 12 days respectively..b starts the work and they work on alternate days.in how many days will the work be completed. when an done this method i am getting ans as 7/72 but actual ans id 31/3 please explain me Sir
