Today I turn 39 and I wanted to make a video challenging myself in two ways;
1) to be physically and mentally fit enough to compete in the 2024 World Masters Athletics in Gothenburg in the 200m and 400m sprint event.
and
2) to commit to making at least 1 video very month for this last year of my 30's.
