I think it’s perfect. You will be more protected from the elements and it has heat, windows ,a desk, bed and even a porch.Everything you need to feel at home. The windows to me are the best part because you won’t feel closed in and the light they provide will be so beneficial along with the fact you can open them for fresh air. I’m happy you decided to do this temporary home for now so you can take your time and do the tiny cabin exactly like you want it to be. GREAT JOB. ❤️👍❤️👍

I love that you had the forethought to build the frame for the tent that way. You said you were going to do it that way so you could eventually reuse it, well, you reused it! Great job 👏 especially with the prices of lumber these days, you are very good at using what you have. Look forward to seeing you make it into a little home.

I would caulk all the cracks and insulate it you could heat it with a candle.... looks good thanks to all who helped...

Yep I agree. Any of those cracks will leak warm air out and allow cold air in. Best to caulk. It’s small enough insulation may not be necessary. Time will tell though!

I didn't understand when you said that the tiny house use to be your tent. Now I do. You meant tent Frame. Who has been saying that you and Jaylena haven't been doing any work on your property? Great job Jason and friends, tiny house so cute. I grew up in a old house without insulation, wall paper was our insulation here in Tennessee. We had a wood cook stove and stove to heat by, but dang i remember being cold a lot.

That will be a lot better and hopefully warmer this winter. I can't imagine how hard it was living in a tent in the winter, even with a wood burning stove. Kudos to you, I wouldn't, but I'm old now, when I was younger things didn't bother me like that, now it's not the situation. Great you have such great friends.
