All of those cabinets are unique becuse they are used for specific machines or set of machines. Even machines are made for specific purposes. Making something that complicated is not really profitable. Maybe you could make something that puts components in place, but you still need to wire everything, make holes, put marks on everything and do many more thing that experienced human can do way better for less. And I heard that companies that make unique machines and cabinets give "warranty" for like 10 or so years. After 15 years they don't want to hear about them.
