I’m not sure if this is for Ontario Canada. My father cut me out of his life 4 years ago and is now saying that I owe him money for 2 things he paid for me. One was 5 years ago, one was 13+ years ago. Both times, he paid and we had no agreement on repayment, he even told me not to worry about repayment. Nor did I sign anything saying I would repay. The amount is $6,000. Could you give me any insight on this? Thank you!
I want my question this will be about American wall and jurisdiction The American Constitution lists 3 judicial jurisdictions common, law, maritime admiralty jurisdiction and military tribunal I was helping a person now three different cases now and right off the bat we challenge your station we've won the two and we're on our third one every time we ask the court what their jurisdiction is they reply statutory administrative court I ask them could they please point to the constitution where this statutory administrative jurisdiction is so we can make an informed plea and they can't ever give it to us can you explain
In early 2017 I won a high court civil case against my assailant whom is within his means to pay. He has since refused also has other pending cases yet there is no court in the country to enforse this order. And so, what is the purpose of our justice system that fails victims of crime?
Could one of those “torts” fall under a psychological disability resulting from the initial assault/act as stated in the statues of limitations act 1957 whereby the statue can be challenged and would this also give a 6 year grace?… many thanks for this channel
Not sure what you are asking but a psychological injury is an injury that can be pursued in the same way a physical injury can be grounds for legal proceedings.
If I judge cop or someone injures a victim and the injury itself prohibits or restrains the victim or plaintiff from carrying out a complaint or suit how does that affect the statute of limitations and will the statute of limitations always apply no matter the injury
Would you be so kind as to give me the opportunity to speak with you about a scenario and not get your advice but you're clarification on some things that are you know very important to some things that I experienced legally and could greatly increase my quality of life
