Time Outs  

Disciplining your children isn’t always easy. As parents we can overreact and in some instance we might do too little.
In this recent case, as a father, I was super close to overreacting…so I did my best to choose a high road. I had him sit and meditate for the time length of his age, 4 minutes.
Truthfully it was the first time I ever did this, but I could see an immediate type of difference.
