The problem here is the Trudeau government. He should not allow those students to work. International Students should be able to study full time and not working 20-40 hours a week. If you can't support your study full time then you are economic migrant using students pathways as a shortcuts.
it was like that earlier until Trudeau came in power and became a sell out. as an international student i was not allowed to work off campus i paid my fees until graduation . but now student are claiming asylum wtf and using student visa as a easy gateway to Canada.
Don't be disappointed International students. Its not that you are going to lose a lot. I am a Canadian citizen, and my life has been exactly the same as compared to when I came to Canada. Trust me, its a good thing. This country and Western civilization are heading to a great depression from which there is no return.
Hi Sir, what if the international student finished studying 2 year Mechanics and got work experience through Co-op. After that can he apply for work for another province like Yukon?

Temporary Work Permit. IT means Temporary, they gotta go home. Remember, if they allow their visa's expire and they stay in Canada they are committing a crime, they are no longer "immigrants" they are now "criminals" Zero Sympathy for criminals.

Your advise to voluntarily leave Canada actually let me believe that you that you are honest and not doing this to promote your company that you have the solution to their problem as long as they come to your company and pay money. Hello sir If u can help me in this situation So we are on our 90 day restoration period and my spouse was preparing for NCLC 5 in french so we can apply for francophone mobility program but unfortunately she didnt clear and so we are leaving canada next month. My questiin is as we didnot restore our status will it impact our future application to canda?
It will always form part of your immigration record. However, there is an expectation that a person will have a reasonable period of time to wrap up their lives in Canada. You need to be prepared to explain the delay when you apply in the future.

The new immigration turnaround that's happening these days is Pizza shops pathways. I just came to know the owners of Pizza shops are getting millions in income through the misuse of LMIA. I see workers paying $55k to get work permit in these shops & then they also do odd jobs such as Uber, doordash etc. Another turnaround for immigration is getting pregnant in Canada & giving birth here. Parents on work permit get a chance to stay since their newborn become Canadian citizens by birth. I just came to know this recently from my colleagues.
Birth tourism does not guarantee that a parent can stay in Canada. The child will receive Canadian citizenship, but there is no absolute guarantee of citizenship for the parent. The sale of job offers is disgusting. If I were the minister, I would enact laws to shut down any business participating in this scam. It is destroyed the foreign worker program for good employers who are trying to do things the right way.
Students needs to sue Trudeau for institutional theft & causing distress. I am with students on this one. Why not stop accepting refugees & give opportunities to those who bring wealth, young age & contribution to all Canadians?
@@zackk6415 Refugees fall under the UN Charter on Refugees. Canada is a signatory to it and has obligations. As for international students, the only responsibility Canada has towards them, after reviewing their file is to give them a student visa. Why would a student be allowed to work? Isn't he/she in Canada to study and return home once their studies are completed? These adult international students should know what they are getting into before they sign their application form. Ignorance is no excuse nor to be pitied by ordinary Canadians.
