I love that even though you talk about things people already now (like spaced repetition), you use your own insights and thoughts about it and makes it very nice to watch :)
She uses « notion » , it’s an app you can download and there are tons of videos on here about how people use it in university & professional school. (Although my comment is months late, hope it helps
