Curiosity Mars Rover's revealing an egg-shaped formation at Mount Sharp is amazing! This unique formation is believed to be the result of erosional processes caused by wind or water. Over time, these forces gradually wear down the surrounding rocks, creating a distinct egg shape. The direction and strength of the wind or water flow, along with the composition of the rocks, contribute to the specific shape that is formed.
Layers of sedimentary rock has also been revealed. These rock layers bear similarities to ancient terrestrial environments, suggesting possible past aqueous processes on Mars. These type of rocks often preserve evidence of past geological and environmental conditions. Provided rocky formations further support to the hypothesis that Mars may have once harbored a more habitable environment, making it an intriguing target for studying the existence of past life-signs or future colonization efforts. To visualize equipment that Curiosity Rover used on Mars to take these images, mine renders have been included in the video, showcasing the intricate details of Martian Robots Explorer and the surrounding Mars' landscape.

MIMIMMI... They are called "Mimimmi" from the italian movie "Fascisti su Marte" (2006) that predicted there existence. They are ancient martian inhabitants.

So how come this rock is egg-shaped while other rocks surrounding it are not? Explain that, nasa dickhe@ds.
