Just found this don’t want you to waste your money…..The government has recently changed some aspects of its buildings regulations, and these have helped to make it easier to construct outbuildings. If you don’t want to apply for planning permission, you should ensure that the shed, barn, or summer house doesn’t exceed 2.5 metres in height. The building cannot take up any more than 50% of the space around your original house. The barn or shed should also not cover more than 15 square metres. If you want to exceed these limitations, you will have to apply for planning permission. Note that outbuildings that are meant for sleeping will always be subject to buildings regulations, regardless of their sizes. Good luck!
Get a grip, few of the people putting out stuff are millionaires for God's sake, trying to earn a bit of a living by putting out content isn't the crime of the century. Most people enjoy the content, if you no longer do just move on, simple.
They have to do what they have to do, I love the restoring stuff Martin does but I understand why he moved over to the other stuff on his other channel and good luck to him finding a way to make a living from youtube. RU-vid isn’t as easy as some think I know that only to well I’ve been hitting it hard for a long time now with very little success, but I just keep going because I believe one day my channel will just click.
Martin I have subscribe to your channel I used to sell lawnmowers and fix them years ago I have just brought a grollia pro spray booth Martin but it's only came with one fan to blow it up but Martin the other day mate I noticed black grit or over spray on the booth mate so I had to wipe it down can i get another pump
paint the eve of the roof. run a roller off the front before it rots. the price of wood here in the states 😢make a grown man cry. my dad n i have stopped tinkering in the wood shop it give you willies shakes buying wood for projects.

I also had a lot of lawnmovers and made repairs etc. Then I invested in a robotic lawnmover. Its the best thing there is since it gives a fantastic lawn and your neigbours will love it since its totally silent!
It will be fantastic when it done Martin. You're lucky your log cabin is in a mess, our front room and conservatory are full of tools and is a state. Still waiting for the shed, but have been told the it's ready, just waiting for delivery. I think I better do an update video. Take care, Jeff
Hi Martin, you’ve got heaps of work there to do, tbh your a better man than me if you can sort all that lot. Personally I’d clear out the mowers, or most of them that’s what I’ve been doing and I also plan to get rid of other bigger stuff, there just isn’t enough hours in the day. I’m just about to start second phase on my mower clear out a lot went about a month ago. Anyway I’ll look forward to the up and coming videos on this channel. Oh tell project man to clear out that poly tunnel and get that TZR done 😂🙂👍
@@retrorestore It’s hard to part with some stuff but it’s a great feeling to have space back, my unit is 1000 square feet and it’s full, something I need to sort, me and laura were working on two different jobs the other day about a foot away from each other and we have all that space it’s ridiculous 😂🙂👍
