About the Game:
Experience the first-ever open world Star Wars™ game, set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Explore distinct locations across the galaxy, both iconic and new. Risk it all as Kay Vess, a scoundrel seeking freedom and the means to start a new life, along with her companion Nix. Fight, steal, and outwit your way through the galaxy’s crime syndicates as you join the galaxy’s most wanted.
Star Wars Outlaws is an open world video game developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games.The game is story-driven, features an open world, and utilizes Massive Entertainment's proprietary Snowdrop game engine. Outlaws centers on Kay Vess, a slicer and thief from Canto Bight who crosses the Zerek Besh crime syndicate, leading her to crash land on the moon Toshara and become entangled in the criminal underworld's ongoing Syndicate War. The outlaw Jaylen Vrax and his BX-series droid commando ND-5 recruit Vess to build a crew to reattempt a heist against Zerek Besh's leader Sliro Ruback, and so Vess travels with her merqaal companion Nix and ND-5 to the planets Akiva, Tatooine and Kijimi in order to find the right crew.

You should definitely eat something, you will get Treats for Nix which gives you some perks that he’ll perform for you, such as doing things to aid you in combat.

Im glad you are continuing this! I actually really liked the game minus the bugs I had. Try not to use your binoculars or aim when near any angled walls or you will clip through them :( it happed to me 7 or 8 times. Edit: as for choosing sides, I always did the job as asked. Its actually fairly easy and I'd say a week point that you can max the rep with all factions fairly easily.

The only reason to not choose the side that offered the contract is if you're in a bit of dire straits financially as betraying doubles the monetary reward, But since you almost never know who the other side will be (with a few exceptions) it's hard to maintain proper relations if you intend to farm money this way.

Great episode, Cyn! I actually prefer the 21:9 ratio. It feels like the devs made the game for that. Full screen looks a bit like it's zoomed in... well, because it is, but it feels to close up against Kay. Might just be me, though. I try to juggle with the relationships of the syndicates. Try to get nice with everybody, don't mind to double cross someone in the favor of another. My favorites are Crimson Dawn, because they are kind of cool in their style and how they do things and I also like the Hutts, because of .... well Jabba. PS: You can change the design of the Pasacc cards, so they show numbers instead of symbols if you like that better.

Full screen actually isn't zoomed in at all, they just render a black bar over the top and bottom of the game.

@@tjep2670 You're right, but it feels more up close and I still have the feeling the devs made the game to be played in 21:9. I prefer 21:9, but since there is an option, anyone can play however they want.

Enjoying your playthrough - trying to stay ahead of you. Btw you could've won that first Sabacc game rolling the dice. Two 1's is the best hand. As for catching up there's too many comic books and books to name but as far as movies / shows The Book of Boba Fett deals with the Pykes and the movie Solo you're working for Crimson Dawn.

cyn, rules for different gambling cards games is too complicatated for me to even bother to try to understand them, i wouldn't play those kinds of games
