Railways please make this changes 1.Ticket price is higher compared to other vande bharat train 2.Running duration should be reduce

Base fare is same for all the Vande Bharat trains. Fare varies based on Food

Has SWR made any decision on increasing the speed on Omalur-Hosur line and any plans of doubling between the above mentioned stations ?

As long as SR not allocating proper slot for new trains to South TN cities, why SWR should do. SR gives 2hr 30 min to 3 hr travel for any new special in Karur - Tiruchirappalli section 76 km SR attitude is like that. Still SCR request of extending Charminar to Kanyakumari and Circar to Puducherry kept on hold be SR. Such is SR attitude.

Unfortunately increasing speed on this section is difficult for most part as the curves are very sharp here. Unless the track alignment is changed, speeds beyond 100 will not be possible on this section

Doubling of this section should be taken up for this section Omalur - Hosur then section can be covered 3 hours and 30 min. Change of zone from SR to SWR and vice versa also affects schedule, few train have 2 to 2 hour 30 min to cover mere 68 km Dharmapuri - Salem section since GC 1996 no major speed had increased. Many are curves U and S type curves which can be over come with tunneling.
