Anakin, this video is referring to the past 2.5 years, after a 9 yr relationship. This healing is highly relevant right now. I wasn’t listening to my body. I was unconsciously using it to transmute his pain while he was generating it. I no longer have hypertension and my pulse has settled. I even had autoimmune symptoms. I’m so grateful Spirit took over. Towers are unsettling but they work in our favour ❤
