We had a similar experience in June 21 in Montreal, stayed in the hospital from 2nd June to 7th June as the baby had jaundice, the mom was doing ok but she had a c-section so I had to take care of the baby more while trying to give rest to the mom ( I had slept only for 1 to 2 hours every day) and you're right as we also learnt a lot in those 5 days being a first time parents( thanks to the nurses ) and the day when we took the baby home, it was a next level feeling and I am sure you guys felt the same. Happy for you - congratulations.
