I always looked at confidence as… fake it until you make it. It’s a show .. a leap of faith. Great stuff Wendy I am definitely rewriting my story from the “it happened for me viewpoint. Very empowering. Being an empathic I have created boundaries to observe other peoples emotions, fears and pain. Not take them on. I guess I kind of do that with my own emotions to some degree. … but eventually loose the battle.. and start crying it out. Nothing like a good cry after observing a ton of pain.

I can only imagine how hard it is to give a collective. This mostly resonates. I was married over 20 years and my ex alienated me from Jimmy children with slander and lies. It was most definitely done to me. And blame was rightly so. It just came to a point where no amount of sadness or fighting for them was getting them back. So I had to move forward with little to no one left in my life. I didn’t play victim. I was isolated intentionally. The Divine carried me though. My God and Angels became my entire support. I feel blessed to know them so intimately. ❤️🙏🏻

My husband died 8 years ago & was devastated, a number of years later I got involved with a man who broke my heart (he was messing around with other women), recently found out I was helping my mum pay for her mortgage only to find out my brother is the legal owner of the house. No inheritance, I was written out. Very painful. It has been blow after blow. I have been in a very dark place the last 8 months and my confidence hit the floor. Trying to pull out of it with small steps. I think it takes time to process & let go. I really want to drop the burdens & look forward to an unknown future. Time for a new story.
