Not sure why but when I listen to these 2 songs, which have been on repeat for past 2 or 3 weeks on my phone, I always think of things I haven't done, opportunities I have missed, people who have passed away over the years including family members and makes you look back over the years and makes you think, damn what a time to be alive. I think everyone of Timecop tunes and retro wave style music strikes a chord with me, each song a different one. Very strange how powerful can be emotionally as well as entertaining. I always say music is an art form and people interpret it in different ways, some songs can make some people happy, others sad and vice versa. These 2 are awesome tunes and will always be on every play list I have from now on.

The Dreamer yeah , i was born 1982 , i have real young memories of being in the 80s watching old cartoons , he-man , astro boy , ghost busters , it's definitely the most appealing time era to me , well modern era of course , i do like the ancient times as well , but they surely didn't have music like this back then :(
Ok I am time traveler and I must admit this tracks sounds even better in the future. And they are still relevant. People are crazy happy when they listen to it. They even saying: "I cant believe this jewel was made in 2015! WOW! Quantizing!" - which is btw their version of amazing but like 5 level higher. In 2230 amazing went out of style.

+angel jimenez , this is dreamwave , a subgenre of synthwave that is softer , mellower and dreamier . I often get emotional & nostalgic while listening to dreamwave .
I describe synthwave as this Music from a past that never was from the future we'll never see as much as it inspires that 80's feel and as much neon was in the late 80's early 90's it was mostly brown everything with hideous patterns and long shag carpet lol but yeah that feel 😎
@@dedmanzombie but late 80s/early 90s until 1991 I'd say it was still very 80s, not neon 80s but still had the 80s vibe and attitude. Many glam metal bands from the early 80s were still charting very high. 1992 was when the 90s truly began.
You never know which Timecop who shows up, Sometimes it's Van Damme and other times it's the mediocre one. Bright Lights is far from being mediocre. It's actually a pretty good experience with the the calming synths that gives a combination of both sensuality and class. 3 of 5. Not much to say here. The music speaks for itself. It's not so much of a story but it has it's positive notes in giving a good post ejaculation feeling. Desires. Don't we all have them. From small to big. From rich to poor. Must of us feed on desires. I can't really get that visual story that Timecop presents here. It doesn't rime with desires, More like another sweet synth production that has an uplifting theme. Hard to picture anything then a pink cloud moving into an unknown destination. Maybe the goal is some kind of a Nirvana and without the desires... Ehh fuck it...I'm going full Stephen Hawkings mode here. 3 of 5. A pleasant and minimalistic synth production that is likable and easy to get along with..........Chris White fly away in the sky.......
SeazBreeze No need for money or room. A single computer will do. Although i do use hardware synths i use a lot of (free) plugins, all sequenced in FL Studio 7. Some of my favorite free ones you should check out for sure are Synth1, OBXD, PG8x and TAL-U-NO62 (great Juno 60 emulation)!
