I think you should disconnect the rainpipes from the existing canalisation and build a seperate rainsewerpipe next to the greywater sewer

Have to agree with Hauke, it would seem to have far easier and more economical to just demolish the whole house and build a new one.

I like the solid structure of this house. The aesthetics are not great but so much potential. Your careful cleaning and disassembly of the many awkward decorating decisions by previous owners is going to payoff in a big way. Good luck and much admiration for your work.

Wow. That really should have been fully demolished and a new house built. Could have been in and out within 6 months and done it much cheaper.

Impressive work effort - but I will have to ask - would it not have been easier/cheaper to tear down the existing house and build a new one (I am aware that you have done most of the work yourself and therefore saved labor wages, but nevertheless)?

At this rate, just buy an empty plot and build a new house. This is not renovating, this is 'leaving the foundation and the chimney somewhat intact' then building a different house.

йопересете! який грубезенний фундамент!!! Я думав там 5-ти поверховий будинок буде на такому фундаменті...)) хоча не видно чим ви його звязали з основним, і не дали арматури... 29:23 балка праворуч на пів метра зайшла на колону, а ліворуч буквально на 10 см. - це погано, вона упаде разом з другим поверхом!!! і там потрібно було зробити бетонну колону бо стінка з шлакоблоку не витримає навантаження! 19:01 - це зєднання не надійне і там буде протікання. Потрібно було як мінімум помазати силіконом місце зєднання.

Why buy a bungalow just to demolish most of it? Seems a bit excessive to me.

Surely it would have been easier and a lot quicker to bulldoze the old bungalow and build new. Doesn't make sense.

I personaly dont get it why you would buy such a sweet little old house just to destroy half of it but I also dont know the vision or your life you have so I guess we will see how it turns out

this whole project makes no sense to me labour or cost wise.

what a waste of time and energy! it’d been easier to just flatten the old shack completely and build from scratch! and this is not a bungalow renovation when 9/10 of it is newly built and added

The ceilings and the gross insulation...okay got that, then the wall tiling well all right that's pretty ugly and useless, then all the floor tiling, the fireplace, then the walls themselves, then the roofing and then and then....at 32.09 in the background as they are putzing around with a few I-beams...there is obviously nothing left of the original bungalow at all. Nothing. Why bother with a 'renovation' when it obviously would have been easier to just knock it all down and start a fresh build. This is nuts. And I'm sure the neighbours were thrilled with the open fire for weeks on end. Good Grief.

That's not a renovation. It's a complete rebuild.
