Today let's paint an autumnal scene that has something of a modern Vermeer. Working seasonally and thus lean artistically speaking into the beauty that each season has to offer helps me get the necessary change and variety in my artistic process. For today I chose a cosy scene of an interior where a gril looks out into a colourful garden on a cold autumn morning.
In the first part of the video I explain the challenges that the scene will present, then you get to see a timelapse of the whole process and in the end I give you my final thoughts on what worked and what was a challenge.
