What’s the difference between the liner you use and pebble? We got pebble plaster sorta finish on our old pool and such but I’m not sure the difference and wouldn’t the liner be susceptible to tear and such? Love your channel new subscriber! I’m from the USA btw maybe it’s different in the UK the ways they do pools by the way the liner looks so cool and many different styles!
That last pool was so nasty- it seemed like maybe draining the water would have been better?? Can anyone actually swim in it with all the chemicals it would take to clear it? My eyes started stinging just thinking about it.
That's what pools typically look like after a normal overwinter, in my experience. It's just algae. There's no excess debris or sludge, so the winter cover did it's job very well. Water in that condition is a fairly quick fix with a shock and flocc, then vacuum and filter. (Which is pretty much exactly what they did in the video.) It's really nothing more than regular maintenance pool chemicals, just a little extra. Nothing eye-wateringly bad, haha. The worst of it dissipates after like 24 hours.
